Hi everyone! My name is Mia Teller and I am a Senior majoring in Communicative Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Cognitive Science. I have been involved with Rotaract since I started here at MSU. I love Rotaract because I truly feel like I am making a difference in the community. I have enjoyed my time in this club and the impact I have made. In the future, I plan to be a certified Speech Language Pathologist working in a clinic and to continue my Rotary journey wherever I go. A few things about me! vice president
Shannon Thomas
Hi! I’m a sophomore majoring in International Relations and minoring in Mandarin. I have been involved with the Rotary since high school and pride myself on creating an engaged and networking community of people to do community service projects. Getting involved and helping others thrive has long been a mission of mine. I aim to make as much of an impact wherever I go, creating a lasting positive effect in every community I serve. Other than having a strong passion for community service I also strive to spread mental health awareness and advocate against the use of drugs and alcohol in teens, often serving the Cebrin Goodman Teen Institute, being a Teen Ambassador for my hometown's Health Department, and being a founding member of their action team aiming to end the stigma around mental health and advocating against drugs and alcohol.
